Designed as a new concept store in a smaller suburban market, this Macy’s store has a footprint of approximately 50,000ft². Our work involved remodeling a vacant space in a strip mall, after a complete gut of the interior. The project scope included mechanicals, finishes, restrooms, and exterior façade work using an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS). We were able to complete the project in 12 weeks, meeting all deadlines.
