At Beeler Construction, we are pleased to conduct fundraising efforts as part of our community engagement. Our corporate philanthropy not only fortifies our bonds with each other and with our community, but also allows us to make a positive impact on those in need and to support meaningful causes.
One non-profit organization we look forward to annually supporting is the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Through a clay shoot event on September 6, 2024, we hope to raise $50,000, with all proceeds going to LLS.
The 2024 “Breaking Clays for LLS” event will be held at Waukesha Gun Club, beginning with registration at noon. After an introduction to LLS and a brief safety meeting, the sporting clay shoot will begin. An early dinner from the Smoked@225 food truck will then be served, followed by an announcement of winners in the gun raffle and closing remarks.
With multiple ways to participate, we encourage everyone to get involved! Persons can register as individual shooters or as a team of 5 shooters. Individuals can also purchase dinner passes or tickets for the raffle.
We also invite businesses to sign up for a partnership. Multiple levels are available at varying price points, and each partner helps ensure our event not only runs smoothly but raises as many funds as possible for LLS. In-kind collaborations towards the event or the raffle would additionally be appreciated.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is world-renowned for its dedication in the battle against blood cancer. Its mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin disease, and myeloma, and to improve the quality of life for patients and their families. LLS invests in vital research on blood cancer across the globe, offers support and informational services, and advocates on behalf of blood cancer patients.
We at Beeler are passionate about supporting others: from our employees to our subcontractors, from our clients to our communities, and those organizations conducting meaningful work, like LLS. For our third annual clay shoot, we have set a lofty fundraising goal that is nearly double the amount we raised in the event’s inaugural year. But we are confident that with amazing individual, team, and corporate partners, we can reach our goal.
