Q: What does a typical day look like in your role at Beeler Construction?
A: Managed chaos, lol. Seriously though, working with our people to help them be the best they can be for themselves and our clients.
Q: What drew you to a career in commercial construction, and how did you end up at Beeler Construction?
A: My whole career has been based on construction and restoration. Problem-solving and solutions-oriented, building and restoring. It is all about people and connecting with them, to be the easy button for them. I joined Beeler through networking. It was truly a story of who I knew to make the introduction to the Beeler team, and the rest is history.
Q: What’s the most challenging project you’ve worked on, and what made it memorable?
A: I think the best project that I have been tasked with is building/maintaining a high-performing team that provides top service for our clients while working in a fun and rewarding environment.
Q: What do you enjoy most about working at Beeler Construction?
A: I enjoy all aspects of it. Client interaction, solving problems, working with office and field personnel to build a team environment, and being part of the leadership team developing and helping drive Beeler to its next level.
Q: What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about commercial construction or your specific role?
A: Construction is not a rinse-and-repeat cycle; there are nuances and unique challenges to every project and each day.
Q: If you could describe the Beeler Construction team in three words, what would they be?
A: Versatile, collaborative, and reputable
Q: Outside of work, what are your hobbies or interests?
A: I play sand court volleyball and have kids that have gone through or are in HS/club volleyball, so life tends to revolve around them quite a bit.
Q: What is a fun fact about you?
A: I like trying different beer types/breweries and have checked in over 2,700 unique beers over the years.
Q: Favorite Local Restaurant or Favorite Food?
A: Casa Noble or Mainstream, both in Waukesha.
Q: Favorite Vacation Destination?
A: In recent years, I think Iceland was a fantastic destination due to the amazing natural wonders and landscape changes within the island.
