Dave is a dynamic and visionary leader known for his relentless pursuit of excellence and commitment to driving transformative change through goals, determination, and discipline. From working as a mason’s laborer and running small businesses to being a carpenter apprentice and now president, Dave’s journey showcases his entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven education, and relentless drive to learn, grow, and overcome challenges. As he leads the company, his mission is to promote innovation, generate value, and create opportunities for others to reach their highest potential. Beyond professional achievements, Dave fills his glass by living his purpose of helping people and by spending time outdoors hunting and fishing with his wife and two kids.

Chief Financial Officer / Co-Owner
Kim is a stalwart presence at Beeler Construction, with an impressive 30-year tenure in management and ownership roles. Her journey reflects a commitment to preserving and advancing the legacy established by her father, marked by a passion for finance and a keen understanding of the intricate legal landscape that accompanies construction operations. She is dedicated to fostering an environment in which the company’s core values can be carried forward with pride and commitment. Kim is also passionate about elevating the careers of those within the Beeler team and advances herself both professionally and personally through continuous learning, networking, and staying abreast of industry trends.

Chief Information Officer / Co-Owner
Chad leverages his technical expertise and comprehensive understanding of architectural engineering to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic initiatives at Beeler Construction. Armed with his solid educational foundation from Milwaukee School of Engineering, Chad has accumulated over 18 years of invaluable experience in various facets of the construction industry. Recognizing the transformative power of technology, he applies inventive solutions to improve company operations, making sure that Beeler Construction stays on the cutting edge of innovation. Chad also maintains a passion for fostering positive environments for both clients and employees and thus prioritizes building authentic relationships beyond the confines of the workplace.
