At Beeler Construction, building strong structures goes hand-in-hand with building strong communities. Recently, we had the privilege of partnering with the Suburban Critical Incident Team (SCIT) to provide critical hands-on training at one of our active project sites, EastCastle Place, a senior living facility undergoing exterior frame, door, and hardware replacement. Before our remodeling work began, SCIT operators used the facility to practice real-world tactical scenarios in a commercial environment that would be nearly impossible to replicate in traditional training settings. This unique opportunity allowed their team to refine their approach, test equipment, and prepare for the complex challenges they may face in the field.
“The Suburban Critical Incident Team is grateful for the opportunity to partner with Beeler Construction to conduct training on active construction sites,” shared the SCIT team. “Beeler’s willingness to open these environments to our team provides an invaluable level of hands-on experience that cannot be replicated in traditional training venues. Practicing on actual structures allows our operators to refine tactics, test equipment, and adapt to the unique challenges these environments present. Beeler Construction’s ongoing communication, flexibility, and commitment to this partnership demonstrate a genuine investment in the safety of our team personnel and the communities we serve. Thank you for this outstanding partnership!”
As a family-owned company, we believe in supporting the people who protect our neighbors and communities. This partnership with SCIT is just beginning. We are committed to providing ongoing training opportunities at our project sites whenever possible.
