About the Job

Under the direction of the Project Management Team Lead, the Project Manager position will be responsible to develop new, and nurture existing client relationships through business development, estimation, and project execution through close out.

Education/Experience

- BS in Construction Management or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years commercial construction work experience, in a Project Manager role.
- Prior healthcare experience preferred.

Core Responsibilities / Duties:

- High level budgeting.
- Detailed construction estimating.
- Value engineering analysis.
- Developing project construction schedules.
- Managing contracts and purchase orders.
- Coordinating material procurement, manpower (field labor) and subcontractors.
- Developing scope letters and project bid packages.
- Project tracking and reporting.
- Managing RFI’s and submittals.
- Managing change order logs and project closeouts.
- Ability to lead, delegate and mentor assistant project managers.
- Desire to be involved in professional organizations.
