- HS Diploma, 2-4 years shop management experience
- Valid driver’s license, able to obtain DOT medical card and qualified to cross state lines operating fleet vehicles.
- Basic knowledge of construction means and methods
- Familiarity with common power and hand tools
- Material handling experience
- Fleet management experience
- Tool management software
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite
