Froedtert Sussex Health Center

This project was a single story ground up medical clinic on a greenfield site, including all site work & utilities. It required over 400 lf of bedrock blasting/removal for utility work and was constructed along side a wetland. The work was completed on schedule during the COVID-19 pandemic. It required changing material suppliers due to facility shut downs and intensive coordination with subcontractors due to delayed shipments.
