We are signatory to the Carpenters Union. We self-perform work using our own skilled trade teams to complete key construction activities, rather than hiring subcontractors. This approach is especially valuable in times of labor shortages. We have extensive experience self-performing many construction elements required of master plans, including drywall, acoustical ceilings, rough and finish carpentry, doors/frames/hardware, and specialties.

When we self-perform critical tasks associated with a project, there is more predictability in the field. We can better control, manage, and even accelerate a project schedule for a more efficient and streamlined construction process. Positive impacts can also be noted on cost—no additional fees from subcontractors—and on craftsmanship: Beeler’s focus on safety and superior quality is retained.

Skilled trade partners are still critical and highly valued on every project, and Beeler values our relationships with such companies. Even when we do not self-perform a task, our expertise helps us better manage subcontractors, improving communication and mitigating risk.
